A lively ale that starts sweet and has a subtle toasted character. We use an abundance of organic Crystal Malt to give this ale a bright, "ruby" flavor up front. The use of organic Munich Malt imparts a toasty finish.

Pours deep copper to amber with thin off white head. In the aroma I get crystal malts, faint hops and that off smelling organic malt twang. The taste is much nicer than the nose with roasty malts, crystal malts and an assertive hoppiness for the style. Full flavored roasted up amber. Aside from the sort of off aroma this was pretty tasty.

Blah. Not sure what tempted me with this one, though I can enjoy a GOOD amber now and then. This wasn't good, though. Managed to be prickly yet a little flat at the same time, muted floral hops and a small dose of caramel. Pretty boring.

An inferior amber ale. Aroma is stale caramel malt, a hint of floral hops and metallic tones. The flavour is sweet malt, acidic with some weak hops. Hard to finish.

This one pours a hazy amber colored ale. The off-white frothy head rises big above the body. And it stays around a fair amount of time. Settles into an impressive lacing with soapy film all over the glass as well as clouds of froth capping the beer. This one, in the nose is all about malt. Sweet and offensively so. The body is light to moderate. A light creaminess as well. The carvonation is moderate. The hops, grassy come through the sweet malt in the tasting. Not bad, overall. Not terribly exciting.

Pours a slight cloudy amber colour with a small off white head. Astringent mouthfeel, packed full of hops, but well balanced. Grapefruit and floral notes in the aroma. Flavors are soft citrus fruits and toast. Awesome brew.
