The Payette Pale Ale is a beer made for the mountain, the river and the local pub. Brewed as an American Pale Ale that is heavy on the hops, the Pale comes through with a touch of caramel sweetness to balance out the hop bitterness. Floral notes dominate the nose, with grapefruit and orange aromas present in the background. After a long day shredding on the mountain or floating the river, kick back and enjoy this fully flavored session beer. Standard apa just about across the board. Caramel sweetness tempered with a slightl blast of citrusy hops. Not enough of them to really take notice though a decent session beer. 2nd time not a charm. Booooring.
