I view this one as an average typical Belgian White Ale that is starting to flood the market. Nothing special, but not bad. I'd compare it to a more "authentic" Belgian Ale than Blue Moon, but similar to it in many ways. Don't know if it's worth the extra buck or two per six though. The aroma is very yeasty, which is expected for this type of beer. Appearance is a light orange/golden pale yellow color....hazy from the yeast. Thin and light texture, with minimal carbonation. Flavor is slightly fruity (mainly orange), but at the same time a little musty from the yeast. Has a sweet aftertaste from the spices. This was my first time sampling Otter Creek. Not overly impressed, but will try another flavor or two before I make final judgement. Many beers also grow on me the more I sample them, but not too sure this will be one of them.

It pours a hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head. White lacing slowly sides down the sides of the glass. Orange peel and wheat malts fill the nose. The flavor is sweet, tangy and creamy like an orange creamsicle. Tangy orange, coriander and light wheat malts are balanced by some light bitterness in the finish. It has a creamy texture and a light to medium body.

This is a what beer? a witbier? I don't know man, very dissapointing considering i really like this brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a small barely noticeable head. Zero lacing, aroma is blah. Hint of lemongrass, and grain. Taste was anything but what it should have been. Grainy, very little wheat, off dry, not even hint of sweetness.

This one poured a murky yellow color. The aroma is coriander and lemons. The flavor contains some lemons, grapefruit, and peaches. A rather thin body to this one. Even as a fan of witbiers I must call this one subpar. Nothing offensive but nothing great either.

I was intrigued by the fact that Otter Creek had brewed a Belgian White, so when I saw it at the store today I picked up a single. I was hoping it would be similar to my favorite, Allagash White. Much to my surprise this was a very good beer and a nice alternative to the Allagash White. As everyone so far has said, the carbonation level is not overbearing and match that with the slight hint of citrus and coriander, it making for a very smooth drink. The beer has a nice hazy golden color as well. I definitely recommend anyone try this out if given the chance.

I liked the light golden color that this one poured. There was also a thick head on it as well. The aroma wasn't very strong but this surprised me with the taste. It was a very enjoyable taste with a hint of a citrus taste....very nice.

I tried this bit bit reluctantly - the name sounded a little...weak, and it struck me as a knock off of the popular Blue Moon, by the much larger Molson. All I can say is: Wow! I was caught wrongly judging this book by its cover. It is a smooth, easy beer with an interesting citrus body. The coriander was just a hint, and formed a very solid base to this beer. Well balanced and not the least bit overpowering as some fruity beers can be. I went back to Blue Moon (overly carbonated and sharp on the tongue by comparison) today to compare - give me back my White Sail!

I found this while shopping at Nanafords Market in Clinton, NY The brew poured a cloudy yellow ith moderate carbonation and a hazy body. The head was white and faded away slowly. The flavors were very well balanced with no one flavor stealing the show. I was impressed by the mild use of coriander. It was there but not the only thing you could taste. A slice of lemon goes well with this.
