Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a white head that doesn’t stick around for long. Aroma is wheaty and yeasty with just a touch of citrus, typical for a hefe. Wheaty flavor has a firm yeasty note and a subtle undertone of somewhat sweet fruit - I get hints of orange, lemon and banana. Texture is fairly smooth, with above-average body and a strong fizz. Overall, an average but still pleasing hefeweizen.

Knoxville Brewers' Jam 2008. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a little white head and little lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of bananas, Juicy Fruit gum, sweet wheats. Taste is very good with a banana-fruitiness and Juicy Fruit gum like good hefes and a wet wheat/grass and lemon-citrus mixed in. Very good hefe.

Pale hazy yellow, almost white. Large frothy head. Faint clovey aroma. Fairly sweet body. Not a of character, but lacks that vegetal tendency that many hefes seem to have.
