This is a beer made with only one single variety of barley malt and one variety of hop. The goal of this beer is to provide a solid malt canvas for the hops to paint the picture of flavours. It’s not about bitterness, it’s all about the unique flavours and aromas of the hop variety chosen. In this rendition of Brew Mountain, there is Pale Ale malt and Summit hops fermented with an American Ale yeast. A bright golden colour with a rocky white head this beer has a complex aroma of grapefruit, oranges, pine and lovely earthy undertones. The flavour remains juicy with a sharp grapefruit bite with lots of bready characters that balance out the bitterness that leaves a nice light sweetness.
