This is a beer made with only one single variety of barley malt and one variety of hop. The goal of this beer is to provide a solid malt canvas for the hops to paint the picture of flavours. It’s not about bitterness, it’s all about the unique flavours and aromas of the hop variety chosen. In this rendition of Brew Mountain, Falconer’s Flight is the hop otherwise known as 7 C’s is just a wonderful big burst of citrus. Enjoy! A bright golden colour with a rocky white head this beer has an amazing aroma of really juicy pink grapefruit, blood oranges, and light notes of honey. The flavour remains juicy with a sharp grapefruit bite with lots of grainy characters that balance out the bitterness that leaves a nice light sweetness.
