This is a beer made only one single variety of barley malt and one variety of hop. The goal of this beer is to provide a solid malt canvas for the hops to paint the picture of flavours. It’s not about bitterness, it’s all about the unique flavours and aromas of the hop varietal chosen. In this rendition of Brew Mountain, Centennial is the hop of choice with lots of earthy tones behind the light citrusy tones. A bright golden colour with a rocky white head this beer has an big estery aroma with loads of earthy pine and evergreen all wrapped around a rich grapefruit citrus and light honey notes. The flamour remains very approachable and balanced with nice honey malt character and those notes of evergreen and pine finishing lightly on the palate with a bit of citrus. A semi-dry finish makes this extremely drinkable. Malts: Pale ale Hops: Centennial Yeast: American Ale
