    pours a golden color with a small head that quickly settles leaving no lacing. The aroma is a nice bread/malt/yeast aroma that is reminiscent of a dry Champagne, a hint of herbs rounds it out The taste is dry, mostly grains/malts, a hint of herbs and a nice caramel finish The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, dry initially but the caramel finish adds a bit of sweetness
