On the bottle: When asked what kind of aroma newer hop variety Meridian has, Ninkasi Ops Director Paul Cook responded that they "smell like purple". Had this a few times over the past weekend. Ninkasi's newest fresh hop brew had a pretty nice fruity aroma, lots of orange and blueberry notes.. Taste was a little mellow, not as vibrant. In fact it may have needed a little bit more time in the tank. Regardless a nice refreshing brew.
