Clean and crisp are right on for this one. A crisp hop bite follows the well balanced and floral aroma and slightly sweet flavor. Not bad overall. Clean and bright if not too deep.

Got a 22oz bottle this week in Oregon. Poured with a decent head on a clear copper liquid. Aroma is grassy with a little bit of caramel. I was surprised how much body this beer has. Was expecting less. Pretty well balanced with fairly sweet malt and a lingering bitterness, without being too hoppy. Clean and simple.

Pretty refreshing beer for this time of year. I've had plenty of this brew since starting my gig with Ninkasi. Pours a light amberish colour. Decent froth. Pleasant floral hop character, really modest hops on the palate though. subtle sweet undertone, clean herbal finish.

Sampled on 7/23/2010. This American Pale Ale pours a medium copper color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head with nice lacing and good retention. The aroma is grassy and herbal with a nice caramel malt note. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel, grainy and semi-sweet. The hops are floral, herbal and slightly citrusy. The citrusy hops are most noticeable at the finish. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Interesting beer, the malts are a little more grainy and a little less sweet than most APAs. The hops are a little more citrusy than normal. The dry hopping (Liberty hops, nice) really adds a whole lot of dryness to the finish. There is some additional sweetness as it warms. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
