On tap at Arrow and Loon, Ottawa (abv 5.5%). Pours an average size frothy beige head and has a hazy amber appearance. Sticky dirty lacing. Aromas are light roasted malts, coffee and hints of vanilla. Flavours are fairly sweet malts, strong coffee taste on the palate, almost like real coffee with kahlua or bailey in it. The finish feels almost like an iced coffee. Sweet and silky mouthfeel. Pretty good stuff and not what I was expecting, thinking the coffee would be less noticeable. Yummy!
