Pours a freakin' huge frothy off-white head and has a hazy orangey appearance. Nice thick dirty lacing. Nice huge hoppy bitter aromas, oranges, citrus hops. Flavours of citrus and floral hops, orangey notes and some hints of grapefruit. Smooth, crisp bitterness on the palate, very easy to drink for a high ibu IPA.

From Zyn (Calgary). In a 16 oz can, of all things. Dark copper body, somewhat cloudy, and a rocky ivory head. Lacing did appear. Aroma had hops, bit of caramel, yeast, and maybe some pine. Flavour had hops, caramel, pine, with a grapefruit bite at the finish. Nice smooth mouthfeel. One of the better canned beers I've had.

Beautiful hippie can that fits the Woodstock theme. Pours a hazy dark amber colour with a big foamy beige head that lasts a while and leaves wavy lacing. Fresh scent of hop with pine needles notes, grapefruit and mild caramel. Smooth mouthfeel and medium-bodied. Not as bitter as the aromas lead to believe. Still, super easy to drink with the grapefruit dryness in the finish and a nice light lingering. Very well-balanced for summer and most Canadians not used to killer IBU from the States (IBU is 80 for this one).

341ml bottle bought right from the brewery. Pours a dark amber/copper color with a thin tan head but doesn’t last too long. Leaves some lacing. Has a caramel malt and slight pine aroma. Taste is a little floral, pine and grapefruit. Not too bitter. Medium carbonation, smooth and oily . Ok

Great hop aroma, and bitterness. Very refreshing. A little bit heavy on the mouth feel. I am impressed by this beer. Good lacing on the glass. A nice strong beer.

I tried this beer on draught on January 13, 2012 at "C'est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a clear red colour with a creamy tan coloured head that laced extremely well. The aroma was caramel malt, and citrusy hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was mild grapefruit, some caramel sweetness, and well balanced. -

Freshly filled bottle samples from the brewery: pors a cloudy amber orange with red highlights. Decent sticky off white meringue cap lasts and laces the glass. Moderate carbonation. Aroma pungent citrus a bit floral some malt sweetness and an earthy undertone….very good nose not unlike Big Sky’s IPA. Hoppy-dry character, peppery moth feel, light bodied for a big IPA. Flavor profile starts with some big nugget hopping in near balance with some toasty amber floor malts, not much sweetness, as this settles in on the palate the finish starts and it runs long and clean with an increasing bittering which is quite pleasant instead of overpowering. Hop bite at the end with a lingering metallic tang. Unfiltered, naturally carbonated, big in flavor, dry, hoppy but quenching. This is the big IPA you want on a sunny day
