I had this beer at Snapperz in Morehead City, NC. This beer was a citrusy beer with a floral aroma. The beer was not too heavy and was pleasant for the time of year. My only dig was the color - a tad yellow for an APA. Overall, a very nice beer.

Rich yellow gold, very thin but incredibly dense cap. Floral aroma and something like camphor(?). Flavor is lemony citrus oil, caramel and subtle candy sugar. Solid pale ale flavor, even bold, though not complex. Light & unsticky enough for good food pairing without sacrificing flavor.

Crisp, malty aroma has a note of sour apple. It pours a nice bubbly almost clear amber with a very thick and fluffy white head. The sample I got fizzed like crazy, so open with care! Flavor is quite satisfying, malty with a slightly sour fruity note and an earthy, hop-bitter undertone. Smooth texture has above-average body and a firm, persistent fizz. A truly satisfying and enjoyable ale.

Really nice APA that I picked up on recent trip to North Carolina. Clear copper, fluffy head. Aroma is west coast style hopped. Piney, citrusy and fruit filled make this beer a perfectly balanced brew.
