No longer a beginner, we've graduated to the next level of our Pale Ale series! Hooked on Phoenix Book 2 is a 5.5% Pale Ale dry hopped with Cascade, El DOrado, and Idaho 7. The fruit loopy aroma hits first, followed by tart grapefruit, papaya, and a tiny bit of pine/resin. Balanced, bright, and definitely not just for book worms!

Taps clear daffodil with a fair vellum head. Aroma provides piney hops, zesty citrus that is mainly tangerine, some tropical tones. Flavor brings piney hops, tangy and sweet tangerine, zesty pineapple, malty and mango hints. Texture offers nice body and peppy fizz. Get hooked.
