Murray's Nirvana Pale Ale is our flagship session beer. This international award-winning beer is full flavoured, with a distinct aroma influenced by generous quantities of New Zealand hops. The beer is a brilliant golden colour, with a fresh, citrusy/spicy flavour, balanced with biscuity/toffee influences from the selected caramalts. While we think our Nirvana Pale Ale goes with everything, it's ideal with hot and spicy food.

Clear amber in colour, white rocky head, and bubbling. Fair bit of flaky yeast at the bottom. Big hoppy nose; fruity & spicy. Stone fruit, wild vegetation. Smells like someone's been clearing a weed-infested block with a brush-cutter. Again big hop flavour, floral, touch of citrus. Hints of cereal peek through at the end. Definitely one for the Humulo-philes. Medium body, easy drinking. Firm bitterness at the back, but no cloying feeling. Could put several away I think. Very much a "hop juice"... could have a bit more malt profile on the palate.
