Purchased at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a decent bubbly-cream head. Good lacing and retention, with nice coating over the brew. Very light tart in the mouthfeel. Cranberries are the main aroma, with some yeast. Sweet and sour taste, with both main fruits mixed in there. Not a bad experiment, but needs some tweaking. Still recommended.

Bottle: Poured a soft pink color ale with a very small white bubbly head with practically no retention. Aroma of apple juice with subtle hint of cranberry. Taste is also dominated by the apple and cranberry, which seems not to be originating from extract, which I’m grateful for. Body is above average for the style and presence of hops seems very low. Overall, a nice experiment that I wouldn’t mind trying again.
