A well balanced, malty ale brewed with pride of ringwood and citra hops, then dry hopped with distinctive Tasmanian Galaxy hops. It’s medium bodied and just bitter enough. It’s made for drinking. Just drinking.

Sampled on 9/2/2011. This American Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel, fruity and sweet, with a touch of hops. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are toffee, caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy, floral and melon. Nice carbonation. Good balance. A touch of tea. A touch of sweetness. Very nice drinkable beer. Definitely NOT either an American or English Pale Ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
