Growler from sam, which didn't last too long! Supposedly a "Smoked Pale Lager" too, thus not stylized as a Rauchbier. Anyway, this beer is pale golden yellow, retains a short white head, and leaves some lacing. Light smoky aroma and palate with only hints of bacon and smoked meats, which increases somewhat as it warms, malty sweetness, light, some Noble-like hops flavors and aromas. Very slightly smoked but detectible, leaves one wanting more smoke! At least it did for me... Still satisfying for a SmokeHead.
