Sampled on cask at the Toronado. Pours clear amber with little head or lacing. Subtle nothingness for aroma. Flavor is dominated by plums. A bit flat, even for cask. A homebrew gon awry.

Tasted on tap at the 2007 Bistro Wet Hop IPA Festival. This APA pours a dark orange color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral and sweet. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and fruity. The hops are citrusy and floral. Nice crisp hop flavor, even though it’s a little mild tasting. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
