A: White foamy head that has good persistence. Cloudy honey/pale amber. S: Big, big hops... cascady grapefruit, spicy wild vegetation notes F: Again, big hops, with some subtle late honeycomb/malty hints. Firm bitterness, and lingering aftertaste. M: Full length-of-mouth feel, with some good body. Bitterness gives it a long astringent finish, and crispness.
