Docene, on tap at the brewpub in Dobrany. Poured an unfiltered amber brown colored beer with a slight beige one finger foamy head that had a good retention. Active carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is caramelized malts, ripe red fruits. The flavour is caramelized malts, ripe fruits, coffeish. The mouthfeel is round and sweety. This full bodied beer has a lingering sweety malty finish. Draught@Zly Casy. Deep ruby red colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is juniper, some sugary notes as well as sweet malts. Flavour is is strong salted licorice, some anise and caramelly malty. Surprisingly thin for being a bock.
