A twist on an American Pale Ale, roasted pumpkin seed kernels are added to the final boil and “dry hopped” in the keg. The roasted earthy notes of the kernels compliment the Marris otter malt and yet act as a counterpoint to the bitterness of the hops. Marry with roasted or barbeque chicken, ribs or steak, squash, or okra.

An amber appearance. A slight pumpkin aroma with some perfume, lemons, and oranges. The flavor is quite bitter with some lemons and oranges showing in the flavor. Good to keep warm while drinking this outside last night.
