Part of a sampler case, brought back direct from the brewery at Amana, Iowa. Pours a straw yellow color, slightly hazy, with a thin white head. Fresh smells of wheat and some citrus and lemon. Decent pale wheat ale flavor, with citrus and nice wheat taste. Light body, well carbonated with a crisp finish. A great hot-weather, easy drinking brew.

Cloudy pastel yellow body with a quickly doomed white head. Aroma is light, mostly wheat, maybe a hint of hops, but little more. Has a noticeable bit of acidity, much like some witbiers, but I don’t know if this is what the brewer intended or not. It’s not off-putting or clashing with the other flavors, though. Bready wheat flavors are most of what I get although, I get a slight touch of grassy hops in the finish.

poured a very clear yellow color. No head or lacing involved here. Has a very slight honey taste and very little tast past that. This is more along the lines of a big 3 lager vs. a wheat beer.

A pretty decent wheat, carbonation may be a little too heavy for my taste...in this beer it seems to distract from the aroma and flavor. Pours light, with a thin dissapating head. Color and flavor of straw I think. Nothing really stands out with this beer.
