Poured from a brown bottle, color was a red/brown with hardly any head or lacing. Malty caramel aroma. Definite caramel flavor with light malt aftertaste.

This beer pours a nice red color with a small head. Aroma of malts, hops, fruit, and caramel. Nice lacing around my glass. Flavor is of malts and caramel. Finish is nice and smooth. A very enjoyable beer.

An Iowa brew from phishpond. Pours a nice clear amber with a smallish head and minimal lacing. Decent carbonation. Sweet caramel and slightly toasted malts aroma with a bit of hops. Taste is smooth, caramelly, with a kiss of toasted malts and biscuit then a bit of slighty floral hops. Nice amber. Thanks Travis.

Pours a clear amber color with a thin white head. Caramel, nutty aroma with a flavo that was balanced and had a full body. Showed notes of caramel and malt. Very nice.

amber body with a thin head. Aroma and flavors of sweet caramel malts, hay and a little bread. Overall it was an o.k. beer, not my favorite style but drinkable.

Attracive, deep amber body, but lacking any head worth mentioning (perhaps yours will produce a better one). For the most part, the aroma was rather inviting, yet there was a bit of a metallic smell (perhaps yours won't produce one). The flavor was really an extension of the aroma (sans that metallic component), so it proved to be quite palatable. And even though this beer seemed a bit watery at first, a decent hop / malt coating on the tongue provided for a good aftertaste. Overall, this is probably Millstream's best offering, and I would have to say it's worth a try. Enjoy!

Brought back as part of a mixed case directly from the brewery in Amana. Slightly shorter brown 12 oz bottle (label as pictured above), month clipped into side of label. Poured a copper/red color with a short white head. No real retention or lacing. Aroma of toasted bread, malty with just a bit of grass. Taste has more maltiness as expected woth some very light hop finish. Clean and light, slightly dry finish. Nothing spectacular, but well made. A great choice for something flavorful but not 'over the top'. I bet it would be great fresh from the tap.

Bottle: Poured a deep reddish-copper with a 1 finger cap displaying modest retention and lacing. Color is correct for a Vienna (about 15deg. Lovibond) . Aroma is right for a Vienna..toasty, bready but not sweet some hay-like hallertau hops...very subdued though in this beer. Taste is better, a fair dose of rich toasty Munich malts in the front are joined mid palate with spicey-herbal noble hops finish is clean lightly drying and biscuity. This is a decent crafted all malt Vienna....very servicable and drinkable

Bottle. Pours a clear, reddish-brown color with no head whatsoever. No lacing. Malty caramel aroma. Fizzy mouthfeel. Definite caramel flavor with light malt aftertaste. Decent session beer.

Amber in color with very litte head to speak of. Aroma had the heavy malt-extract characteristic that many non-alcoholic brews have. Very light in body. Flavor was sweet and malty - almost no hop presence. Mild aftertaste punctuated an all around bland and unimpressive beer.
