I had this beer on draught at the Mikkeller bar in Copenhagen, Denmark. This was a really nice pale ale. I was glad to have tried it. The neat thing about this beer was that you could actually taste the exotic fruits - mango and passion fruit. I would have this again in a second. Very nice.

Slightly hazy honey brown with a thick white skiff floating on top. WHA WHA WHA What did i just smell? Apricot, maybe apple pie, or is it white grape juice, peach? So thick, so fruity, so drool inducing, so much yum. Every thing I said I smell I taste but with a sour dryness. Taste has a vinegar quality that I wish wasn’t there. Lots of honey showing up now, floral perfume to. Wish this tasted as good as the epic aroma. Daaaaa..... Brew is going down hill the more I drink I wish it stayed as awesome as the first sniff but the sweetness and perfume flavors are starting to bug me.

A nice, fairly unique fruity hoppy offering from Mikkeller. Somewhere between a pale and an ipa, with a sturdy malt background and enough passionfruit and mango in both the nose and flavor to take notice. Both of those fruits play quite nicely with the fairly aggressive hops, and the finished product is very good for an apa.
