Stroing, inviting aroma is more like cider than beer, being mainly of apple but having a hoppy undertone. Pours a nice orangy-golden amber with a fairly thick cream-colored head. Lively flavor is strongly fruity - one can hardly taste the alcohol - and has a bit of malt and a bit of hops. Smooth, tingly texture helps it gallop down the pipes.

I barely remember it but what I can recall was that it was a pretty good beer. The week after Christmas I will be going up to Pulaski New York where the brewery is located and will be trying all the different brews....I will review them all so keep watch if intrested.

A loser beer, yet one more to unimpress me with MA brewing. Pour was amber-oragne with a weak initial head, weak retention, absolutely poor lacing for a tripel. The aroma was caramel, oranges, orange rinds, strong liquor (brandy / rum combo?), nothing soft or yeasty underneath. The flavor followed suit, strong oranges, hot alcohol, sweet, yet finishing with an orange rind bitterness at the same time. A poor concoction.

Bottle courtesy of Sammy: Poured a deep orangey color ale with a foamy head with good retention. Aroma is quite sweet with some faint alcoholic notes. Taste is a mix between sweet malt and some faint spices. Body is extremely full and alcohol does show a little bit but nothing overwhelming. This beer is almost bordering on a barleywine and, while not as good, is kind of similar to the Gouden Carolus Keizer.

Beautiful beer here. The body is a slightly hazy pale orange amber that seems to glow in even the dimmest light. The head is puffy and large (although it completely, but slowly, dissipates) and looks like it's been buttered. The aroma is definitely fruity, slight cloves. Body is underpinned by alcohol, but is nicely malty. The belgian character is present and subdued and really does fulfill the Commercial description listed here with a some of the buttery, malty flavors of a good English bitter. I really enjoyed this. After the first half of the pint, I started eating a banana and the two flavors went amazingly well together. Seems to me this would pair nicely with a lot of desserts. Stuff like bananas foster and I think it'd go nicely with the bread pudding with whiskey sauce at the Fox and Hound pub in Atlanta.

This brew pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. The flavor is slightly sour, kind of like a cross between grapefruit and orange. At aany rate, it doesn't work for me. The aroma is musty. Not a very good tripel

A dark orange appearance. A nice floral orangey aroma. The flavor is quite creamy with some oranges and honey. The aftertaste is a bit on the sweet side. One of the more enjoyable Tripels Ive had lately.

The aroma is sweet and fruity with some hints of alcohol. The appearance is light in color and seems to be very light brown in color with some yellow hue with a nice white head becomes thin. The mouthfeel is light to medium with nice complexity and well-balanced. The flavor is of spices with some raisin accents and is not entirely of malt with a somewhat bitter finish with burnings of alcohol. It also is somewhat smoky and woody. Overall, a very fine beer with good complexity and surprisingly smooth considering the ABV. I like this one and is reasonablely priced as well.

Golden color with big head. Aroma of caramel, bananas and yeast. Sticky sweet fantastic taste with a bit of alcohol burn. I did notice a slight mrtalic taste as well, but overall very much worth drinking again.

Probably the best from Middle Ages. Its a mild ale with great amber color and full white head. Most enjoyable
