Pretty amber color that surprised me. Poured with a nice tan head and nice lacing. I m not a BIG fan of AB at all, but I was a bit surprised by this one. Nice malt and almost not hops. Better than some others on a hot day.

From the Christmas sampler pack. Light white head. Few bubbles and a deep gold coloring. The aroma is bubblegum with peaches, white bread and grass. Taste is dark bread with a little smoke and a light clean finish. Also some hint of apples. Not awful by any stretch.

The aroma is of sweet malt with hints of some spice. The appearance is a lighter brown but more like bronze or reddish with a nice creamy head that is white that diminishes only to lacing. The mouthfeel is thin and could be better and is not too complex and a bit watery. The flavor is malty but thin and is missing something but not sure what but does have some creamy characteristic. Overall, I expected more from this one and it let me down. It is too watery and thin and my least favorite specialty beer from Michelob.

Rich golden color with a substantial and durable head and lacing. Aroma of lemon grass and fresh barley malt. Medium bodied, lightly carbonated, sweet and malty with notes of caramel, citrus and toffee. Medium finish, lightly bittersweet and herbal.

A nice copper/amber color, good head retention and excellent carbonation...effervescence is amazing...like a Pilsener. Aroma has a sweet malty character to it...almost sweet and fruity (like raisins and apples)...not too bad. Mouthfeel is fairly full (considering the brewer), and crisp. Flavor is more bitter than expected...for an "all-malt" beer, I would expect a larger malt profile. This one seems a little thin. Overall, not bad...but more bark (aroma & appearance) than bite (flavor)in my opinion. All-in-all, not a bad beer, it just doesn't fit the described style in my opinion. Flavor is at the opposite end of the spectrum (more like a bitter or pale ale).

the color of it was a golden witha hint of amber to it it is far from a amber lager but you can tell that it is a all malt beer there is almost no bitterness to it the lace that is left behind is not bad the thing that makes this beer a little bit better is the appearance

This beer poured a light amber color with a fluffly white head, that left good lace. Aroma is malty with no real noticable hops. Mouthfeel is light, just as most American lagers. Flavor is bland, malty with no hop cheractor. Tastes like almost any other swill lager. I would rather drink regular Michelob.

Deep golden color with a touch of amber topped by a thick white creamy head with little lace. Slightly sweet malt aroma with a sour hoppy undertone, no real distinction to the nose of this beer. Slightly sweet malty flavor with a touch of sour hoppiness and a sour slightly bitter finish. better than their regular lager but still tasting of a mass produced brew. Light to medium bodied and smooth.

Part of the Michelob winter sampler pack. Tastes like a well crafted malt liquior? Good enough for a swill fest but warrants this as a "seasonal brew" Leave it to AB to figure out this one!
