08.06.05 Bomber. Light brown mud, light brown head fades. Hugely floral and citrus aromas followed by a gritty and earthy hop backing. Malts are messy and sweet, fitting better with the murky appearance and "Slopbucket" name than any idea of elegance in a brown ale. Lots of cookie dough, tea, dirt, and grapefruit. Dry and short finish. Huh.

Unfiltered brown. Pours nice brown with decent tan head. Nice roasted malt and chocolate taste followed with warm hoppy alcohol bite. Thanks OldGrowth.

Poured a ruby red raspberry color with a small off white head and nice lacing. huge aroma of sweet caramel and toffee, wood, nuts, malt, and a nice floral hoppiness. Subdued roasted malt balanced a hop finish. Now this is my new favorite brown, certainly beats the summer brown.
