extreme gushing and unfiltered , i drank just a little glass, a big foam quite creamy. it smelled citrus, an acid and sour sensation in mouth quite agresive. i found spice, citrus, biterness, roasted malts, i didn't finished this beer!

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an extreme gushing and unfiltered almost opaque ruby-brown coloured Amber Lager with a magnificent four fingers beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is toasted malts, grassy hops and an aggresive and unpleasant sourish feeling. The flavour is toasted malts, caramel, grainy coffee beans, notes of dark chocolate, a spicy touch, chilli and fruity hops. The mouthfeel is sparkling, bitter and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Amber Lager has a sourish and bitter finish. A not so easy drinkable Amber Lager from the region Poitou - Charenches.
