Smells of smoke. I mean, it REALLY smells of smoke. Like that smell of campfire in your clothes the next day. Chile burn in the aftertaste, but it is not overwhelming. This makes for a pleasant mix of flavors....like it goes in stages: whiff of smoke, dry rye ipa, then a bit o' burn. Like the aforementioned campfire in reverse. Another great treat I was able to share with my brother-in-law from PA.
