An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Pours a very pale golden color, slightly hazy, large white head that hangs around forever. The aroma is malt with hint of citrus. The taste follows the aroma profile. The mouthfeel is light medium bodied with plenty of carbonation

Pours clear canary with a thick and fairly persistent porcelain head. Aroma gives crisp fresh malt, piney hops and a hint of citrus. Flavor delivers piney hops, crisp and tangy malt, a tart citrus undertone. Texture offers decent body and perky fizz. Take a peep - then a sip.

Beer poured a hazy yellow colour with a nice fluffy head and good lacing. Muted hop aroma. Breaded malt, grapefruit and floral flavour. Light crisp body. Quite refreshing.

The Peeper was a nice crisp ale, but the hop profile never seemed to pull through. Lightly copper in color with a frothy white head. Dry and well carbonated. Decent malt flavors with a hint of hops.
