An American-style of Pale Ale brewed with a base malt of English Pale malt and a portion of German Vienna malt. This hop forward beer is brewed with the American hop varietal Columbus hops for bittering, flavor and aroma. This beer has a juicy malt flavor that is balanced by the use of the assertive Columbus hopping. Our house ale yeast produces a subtle fruity aroma.

Mark 1, Mod 0 APA. Good enough beer, but not unlike any other decent Pale Ale. Clear, deep gold color, tight head, lightly hopped and slightly sweet. Enough malt back to stand up.

Gold & clear. Sweet, a little grapefruit aroma. Flavor is a reversal: grapefruit with underlying sweetness, though the sweetness hits the tongue first. Wet and unsticky, but not without weight.
