One of my favorites of the half dozen or so I tried a their brewpub. This one was very dark brown with a little lacing. Chocolate malt aroma. Medium body and very smooth. Very nice.

Sampled on draft at the Lucky Lab, Portland 05/06. Pours red/brown with a light tan head. Earthy, chocolate aroma and flavor. Dry finish. Medium-bodied and smooth.

Pours dark brown with reddish highlights and a small, tan head. The aroma is roasty with wet-earthiness and dark chocolate notes. The flavor is all malt but incredibly dry; no residual sweetness whatsoever. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel.
