50 ml swing-top bottle. Poured a clear oak-burgundy coloured Dunkel Weizen with a one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, caramel hay and barnyard. The mouthfeel is toasted and caramel malts, brown sugar and some bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, sparkling and sticky. This medium bodied Dunkel Weizen has a dry roasted malt and sticky finish. Considering the promises of a nice designed bottle,the result is a real disappointement.
