Pours clear topaz with a thick and fairly persistent parchment head. Aroma furnishes fresh malt, resiny hops, juicy orange, tropical and woody hints. Flavor adds rich fresh malt, piney but not bitter hops, juicy orange with a touch of grapefruit, subtle pineapple and mango. Texture generates decent body and peppy fizz. Happy 100th, Boone County Historical Society - may our civilization hold together so you can celebrate your 200th, and may Logboat brew the celebratory beer.
