Comes out of the tap a reddish amber, almost mahogany, with a decent ivory head that leaves heavy lacing. Malty aroma has rye and fruity hints. Flavor fills the mouth with rye malt and woody hops plus a hint of apple. Smooth, firm texture tickles the palate with a lively fizz. All rye-ght.
