Murky brown / amber with red hues, foamy long lasting head. Brown sugar, plum, date, forward but sweet and mild spices, weak mild chocolate, weak sweet licorice, slight yeast. Tasty spices, molases, licorice, more spices, some weaker yeast, bread, prune, bitterness is average. Lots of spicy leftovers, light carbonation, not quite full bodied.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a large foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of fruity ester is somewhat enjoyable but disappeared too quickly to be replaced with some DMS. Taste is a mix between some alcohol ester and some grossly sweet malt with no subtle fruity ester of interesting hops presence as described on the label. Average body with good carbonation and apparent alcohol. Harsh, grossly sweet with some traces of DMS are all reasons I won't be drinking this again.
