Ale (top fermented) Ingredients: water, barley, hops, yeast. 2ndary fermentation in the bottle. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Will have sediments in the bottle.

Bottled (from cracked kettle). Deep hazy ambery brown colour with mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, ashes, some spices and also quite yeasty. Flavour is yeast, roasted malts, ashes as well as some berryish notes. Very nice.
