In Montferri, a small village of Alt Camp, elaborate craft beers, English-style full-bodied flavor and intense malts and hops in, fermentation and high alcohol content low. In addition to craft beers develop and participate in fairs and festivals to explain how we also organize tours and tastings at our workshop for groups of people, schools, etc.. People who have started this project (tno friends with long experience in such areas as organic farming and beekeeping), had long elaboràvem beer for personal consumption. At one point, before the success that our small production brewery was among our friends, we decided to dedicate ourselves to it more seriously. We did a survey and we consider that the market dominated by large breweries with regard to mass consumption, there was room for more traditional productions and accurate. Making craft beer is not very complicated (3,500 years BC, the Middle East was already a rudimentary beer). What is perhaps more difficult is to make beers with taste, aroma and bitterness determined to meet consumer expectations. In our case, apart from experimenting to find attractive beer, the most complicated of all first meet the various administrative regulations that are required, and then sell beer. The bureaucracy and logistics business is the hardest of all. We hope to carry out this project, professionally and creatively, making good beer and thus giving the palate of those who wish to rely on our work.
