Sunset Wheat was one of the in the first rounds of when I was getting into craft beer. Since then, haven't really found one of their's that I like...but this one is pretty good and refreshing. The flavor is there, though mostly grapefruit and wheat. Super cloudy light pale yellow, almost white appearance. Something different for the hot summers.

Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a thick, if, effervescent, eggshell head. Fresh grapefruit dominates the aroma - think breakfast. Bits of wheat and honey manage to peep through. Grapefruit that is more sweet than sour is the lead singer, while wheat and honey provide backup notes. Mouthfeel is thin but fairly fizzy. Beer: It’s not just for breakfast anymore. :D

A very cloudy-murky yellow colored beer with a decent frothy textured, white head rising above. There's good retention on the head. Nice lacing for a shandy. It is all about grapefruit, in nose and in tasting. Crisp and refreshing.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of tall dense foamy pillowy white head that slowly reduces to a very thick film covering the entire surface of the beer. the aroma was moderate to strong aromas of citrus/white grapefruit juice over the top of a light aroma of wheat malts. The taste upfront was a light to moderate flavor of wheat malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of slightly sweetened white grapefruit juice which continues on through the finish. the mouthfeel was light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Note I can't stand grapefruit juice so that is reflect in my taste rating.
