375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of spicy saison yeast, lactic acid, farmhouse, honey and herbal hops, a hint of lemon. Spicy and slightly sour flavour with a hint of lemon, a hint of honey but not really sweet, moderate herbal hops.

600ml bottle with great label artwork. Pours a large foamy white head and has a hazy golden/orange appearance. Some sediments are visible. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of yeast, orange peel and faint hints of honey. Flavours are quite sweet. Some notes of honey right off the bat, as well as citrus hops, oranges for sure, yeasty notes in the finish. Medium bodied mouthfeel, slick and somewhat oily texture. Sort of a fizzy carbonation. Bitterness on the palate. Quite enjoyable.

Pours a hazy light golden-amber colour with a frothy white head that goes down slowly and gives out foamy lacing. Fruity malt aromas with some sweetness from the honey, fruitiness from the Saison yeast and some grass from the hops. The taste is a little sweet, but honey is well-blended. Some mild sourness, yeast tart and grassy hop in the finish. Lactic notes. Quite an interesting beer with lots of Belgian characteristics. Still prefer their Saison du Tracteur in this style.
