La Germaine propose un caractère un peu moins docile que la Pitoune. Corpulente bière blonde toute en céréale, elle possède un nez fin de noisette et de miel. En bouche, elle offre une amertume franche de houblons nobles qui s’étire dans une finale plutôt doucereuse. La Germaine laisse derrière elle une séduisante dentelle qui s’agrippe au verre au fil des gorgées.

Pours a golden-blonde colour with very good lacing. Same big cereal nose found in their Pitoune brew. Has a grainy mouthfeel. The cereal and grain malt is also present in the taste with a bitter middle, a fruity finish and a grainy aftertaste. Recommended Oktoberfest.
