600 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Very pale yellow colour, large white head. Pleasant and distinct aroma of spicy / peppery saison yeast. The medium dry flavour has also plenty of peppery saison yeast and bittering hops, but little body to support it. Nice to drink though.

Pours a hazy light-yellow colour with a big frothy white head that seems to stay forever, because of the tiny bubbles that are livid. Foamy, patchy lacing. Lots of lemon notes at first in the aromas, then some nice grass comes out to end up with the Saison yeast. The mouthfeel gets pretty dry. Lots of the same for taste with loads of zest of grapefruit. I really like this refreshing, hoppy, Saison that is well blended between the yeast and hops.

600ml bottle, says 4.5%. Pours a big foamy white head and has a slightly cloudy yellowish golden appearance. Aromas are mainly citrusy and floral hops. Flavours are citrus, orange zest, yeast, quite a bit of tarty notes with a little bit of a sourness in the finish. Average carbonation. Pretty refreshing.

The beer pours a cloudy poale gold colour with a generous white head. The aroma is tropical fruit, yeast, spice, and funk. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light tropical fruit, some tartness, and finishes with a yeasty tone.
