    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and strong hazy golden-orange coloured Pale Lager with a generous two fingers slightly beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Sustained carbonation. No lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is mild sweety grainy malts, corn, light fruity tones, citrus. The flavour is grainy malts, grainy peels, corn, faint fruity notes, citrus, herbal and straw notes. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and sparkling. This light bodied Pale Lager has a dry grainy and sourish finish. A very refreshing and quite pleasant Pale Lager. A solid malty backbone for this first production from the newest brewer in Normandy, starting on 09/2011.
