Tallboy from LCBO. Pours an insane amount of foamy bubbly white head and dissipates fairly quickly. Has a pale straw coloured appearance. Decent lacing. Average retention. Moderate carbonation. Aromas are grainy, malty and hints of grass. Flavours are pretty much the same, nothing much else standing out. Very grainy and sweet malts. Dry finish. Pretty meh.

Sorry Jimmy Buffet but I'm from Florida and even at the beach this still doesn't taste good. Not even with a lime wedge. It's a pretty yellow color but that is the good part of this review I can give this beer.

Yellow, head disappears fast. Thankfully kept in the dark, it's not skunked. (I detest clear bottles.) Sweet aroma, like cotton candy and maybe a trace of pineapple. Corny sweet flavor, light & wet feel, harsh carbonation, trace yeasty bitterness. Not much here, either to offend or impress. Would probably be improved with a lime wedge for contrasting flavor. Still, I think the only point of it is to give parrotheads another lager.

At friends place. very light yellow with fast dissapearing white foam head. Very sweet taste, not the kind of beer I like. Probably doing well in this warm humid climate. (Houston 201205)

A great beer to drink after scuba diving, very refreshing. Best with a slice of lime. Has a bright golden color, well carbonaited. if heading to the beach put a 12 on the cooler, then sit back and relax.

This was the last beer I tasted at the end of the Brew's Best Beer Fest in Henderson, NV. It was slightly hazy golden with a little white cap. Aromas of mild grain. The mouthfeel had a sticky sweet feeling and a bit watery. The taste is again on the sweet grain side. A pretty decent lager, which surprised me the next day when I found out it was made by AB.

Poured a nice yellow, thin top that quickly disappeared, aroma was skunky, flavor was plain, this would be a nice brew on a hot day.Over-priced for what was offered, but had a great color.

light taste - this is what I expect from a beach beer. A Mid-West Corona is a good description. Not a beer for the discerning palate, but not bad for a hot day.

I was given this one, cold on a hot South Florida day. And it was a refreshing surprised. Not that bad. A bright golden colored beer. Big frothy textured white head rises above. Some hang time. But an impressive lacing. Soapy film on the sides of the glass and a thin ringlet on the body. The aroma is malt. No offensive corn here. The body is light but smooth. Adequately carbonated. The taste, like the aroma is pure barley malt. Not much else, but in that a pleasant session beer.
