From the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country comes a delicious porter made with Lancaster County molasses, eight different malts and grains, and four different styles of hops. This beer has a deep, rich, brown color, medium to full body, and finishes with a smooth mouth feel.

on tap @ Capone's Dark tan with a thick two-finger, mocha head. Nose is molasses, brown sugar, roasted barley, malt and chocolate. Taste is what I should have expected, having had shoo-fly pie - molasses and brown sugar with some bread and chocolate. Very sweet. No false advertising at work here! Finish included a welcome slight bitterness. All together a decent beer, but not one I could drink a lot of.
