Pours clear copper with a nice, thick eggshell head. Aroma features woody hops, toasted malt, and not-so-subtle citrus tones. Flavor adds a little cedar and a bit of caramel to the mix for a wunderbar brew. Mouthfeel presents firm body and good fizz. Ach, dieses ist ein gutes Bier!

Adeep copper colored beer with a big sudsy textured, off whit head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles into a wide, loosely bubbled ringlet. Some citrus and peppercorn in the nose. More of the same in the taste with the biscuit malt taking front stage. There's a slickness on the tongue.
