pours a murky orange/amber color with a thick off white head that left lots of lacing. The aroma is of pungent hops, earth, pine and citrus. The taste is a good deal of hops, balanced out for the most part with some bitter tea like flavor going on at the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied and slightly creamy.

My last hope for seeing an improvement in the recent Lagerhead's offerings I brought home, and while it's probably the best out of the bunch it's still just a so-so beer. Dark copper body, foamy head, good lace. Malty and mildly hoppy aroma. Malty and not too bitter, a bit heavy for a pale ale. Over done caramel and biscuit with some fruity hops and a touch of pine. I see no good reason to revisit any of the bottles from Lagerheads. Tyranny you were my last hope.b
