375ml green bottle with cork and cage from the LCBO. Beautiful smell from the start with a green bottle Euro pilsner spiciness. Then, other spices come out with lemon peel and mineral water notes. Light golden colour with tiny unfiltered particles, lively carbonation creating a huge bubbly-frothy white cap. great retention and some patches of foamy lacing. Lemon zest leaves nice dryness, bitterness on the tongue. Hints of spices and Belgian sugars, wheat sweetness. Gets quite hazy at the last pour. A nice collaboration between a Belgium brewery and one we know and love from Vermont, USA.

Shared 750 ml corked green bottle, Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Very spicy, yeasty and lemony aroma. Very spicy / white pepper dry flavour, nearly too much, but acceptable.
