Fairly clean, amber colour with golden highlights, a smaller light-beige head, average stay and a little lacing. Wheat aromas giving a touch of bananas, some dates, caramel malts, alcohol, hints of Belgian yeast and hops. The taste shows a lot of the same, but getting some rusty feel found in some Rousse beers. A tad warming and not as much dark fruits as expected - which is fine with me. The flavours seem to be adjusting nicely as it breathes. An easier-drinking Quad that does the job.
